What this website collects, how it is used, and what it is not used for. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth date, self-reported health category, tobacco use, desired benefit amount and term length. Those answers travel to a quoting service run by the carriers' application infrastructure to deliver rates, and are not retained by this website. Your name, address, phone or email is not needed to retrieve quotes. When identical requests repeat, results may come from a temporary cache to avoid calling the quoting service again.

Applying

When you opt to apply, your answers populate a secure application run by the carriers' platform, and you proceed under that service's privacy rules. Applications are processed by Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, optional phone, preferred contact method, a subject line and your message. It is sent via email to the agency; your email is used as the reply address. This site does not archive messages, keep a submission database or log message details. A brief anti-spam check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This website counts page visits using first-party, cookieless measurement delivered from this domain. No cookies or tracking identifiers are written; two bytes of your IP are blanked before logging; referring page parameters are stripped; raw visit records are removed after 90 days. Browsers reporting Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preferences are not measured.

What we do not do

We do not trade, share or sell user data, do not use marketing trackers, and do not run third-party analytics. The only external code on this site is the carriers' application platform on the application page, which is only used if you navigate there.
